Your accepted quotation or service agreement describes what we will deliver, the price, and the schedule. Review that document and these policies before approving work or paying an invoice.
1. Our agreement with you
These terms apply to this website and services supplied directly by HelloZEE Private Limited (HelloZEE). They also apply to client accounts and online invoice payments at clients.hellozee.com when that portal is made available. By engaging us or paying for an agreed service, you accept these terms and the quotation or service agreement for that work.
A quotation or service agreement accepted by both parties sets the project-specific scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and any support period. Any different terms must be expressly agreed in writing before purchase. Nothing in our agreement excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Website use and client accounts
You must have the legal capacity and, if acting for a business, authority to enter into an agreement and authorise its payments. Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current.
If we provide a client account, keep your sign-in details confidential, use only accounts you are authorised to access, and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not attempt to access another client’s records, interfere with our systems, upload malicious content, or use our services unlawfully.
3. Services and project scope
We provide digital and professional services such as custom software, websites, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Maintenance, hosting, or ongoing support is included only where stated in your agreement. General service descriptions on the website do not replace your agreed project scope.
You are responsible for supplying the content, access, decisions, and approvals reasonably needed for the work, and for having permission to use material you supply. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an updated price and schedule, which we will agree with you before proceeding.
4. Prices, invoices, and payments
Your quotation or invoice identifies the service, amount, currency, applicable taxes or fees, due date, and any deposit or milestone arrangement. Check these details before paying and contact us if anything is incorrect. Price changes for new work do not change an already accepted quotation unless both parties agree to a scope or price change.
Where online payment is available, PayHere processes the payment through the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorise the amount and currency shown for the selected invoice. Payment is confirmed when the provider confirms a successful transaction; an incomplete or failed checkout does not settle an invoice.
Your bank may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms. If a payment appears debited but the invoice remains unpaid, contact us with the transaction reference before trying again. Keep your invoice and payment confirmation.
5. Digital delivery and timelines
We deliver services electronically, for example through deployments, repositories, files, email, or client account access as agreed. There is no physical shipping. The delivery period, milestones, and start conditions are stated in your accepted quotation or service agreement before payment. A payment alone does not promise immediate completion.
Timelines depend on receiving agreed payments, content, access, and feedback. We will communicate delays and agree a revised schedule where requirements change. Review delivered work and report discrepancies against the agreed scope so we can address them. If we cannot deliver a paid service, our refund policy applies to the undelivered portion.
6. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds
Ongoing services must specify their service period, price, renewal arrangement, and any cancellation notice before you agree to them. An individual invoice payment does not by itself authorise automatic recurring charges. Any automatic billing arrangement requires your separate agreement to its amount, frequency, and cancellation terms.
For cancellations, duplicate payments, unused work, or concerns about delivery, read our Refund Policy. It explains eligibility, approved third-party costs, how to request a review, and expected processing times.
7. Ownership and third-party materials
Ownership, source-code handover, and licence rights for project deliverables are specified in your service agreement, including any payment conditions for transfer. Materials you supply remain yours or your licensors’. Third-party software, fonts, images, libraries, and platforms remain subject to their own licences and service terms.
The HelloZEE name, website design, and original website content belong to HelloZEE or the relevant rights holders. Do not copy or reuse them beyond what the law or a written permission allows.
8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiries, project information, account and billing records, recruitment submissions, and website usage. We use your supplied contact details to communicate about the service, invoices, support, and any material changes affecting your work.
9. Availability and responsibility
Website and service access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Uptime commitments, backups, support response times, warranties, and any agreed limits of liability must be set out in your service agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular commercial result simply because you use this website.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised use, a security issue, or a material breach of the agreement. Where practicable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Restricting access does not automatically remove any refund entitlement or responsibility for services already paid for.
10. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it directly. This does not prevent either party from seeking remedies available under applicable law.
Revisions will be published here with an updated date. Changes apply to future engagements and do not retrospectively change an existing accepted agreement without both parties agreeing.
